ID Required: The City of New Orleans requires a copy of your state ID or license. This must be the front and back of the ID.

 Cancellation and Refund policy:  We do not offer cancellation or refunds for vending unless the event is cancelled. 

 City of New Orleans Vendor's Fee: $50

  The City of New Orleans requires events to obtain a completed Special Event Vendor Application and collect $50 payment from each vendor participating in SassyCon Marketplace.  The following form must be filled out by you: Stationary Vendor Please fill it out as a Stationary Vendor. SassyCon will submit all completed forms and payments together. Your completed form must be mailed to us by March 1st, 2025 at:
